Abstract
Metoda za proizvodnju termoformiranih artikala, poput ambalaže za hranu (40) ili njenih dijelova, sa mehaničkim slabljenjem (33, 34) između susjednih funkcionalnih zona, koje su bar djelomično razdvojive jedna od druge na mjestu mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34) prilikom uporabe od strane korisnika, u kalupu za termoformiranje sa gornjim kalupom (70) i donjim kalupom (80), koji su pokretni jedan u odnosu na drugi (smjer kretanja (100) kalupa), a metoda uključuje sljedeće korake: ulaganje plastičnog lista između gornjeg kalupa (70) i donjeg kalupa (80) i termoformiranje uvedenog plastičnog lista zatvaranjem gornjeg kalupa (70) i donjeg kalupa (80) u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa, unošenje mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34) u vremenskom razdoblju u kojem se materijal koji se oblikuje nalazi u kalupu za termoformiranje, naznačena time daje mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano u zonama artikla, koje su međusobno raspoređene u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa i prostiru se okomito na njega, i/ili je mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano bar djelomično u najmanje jednoj ravnini protežući se u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa pod uglom α (200) različitim od 90° u odnosu na pravac kretanja kalupa unutar termoformiranog artikla. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (15)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju termoformiranih artikala, poput ambalaže za hranu (40) ili njenih dijelova, sa mehaničkim slabljenjem (33, 34) između susjednih funkcionalnih zona, koje su bar djelomično razdvojive jedna od druge na mjestu mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34) prilikom uporabe od strane korisnika, u kalupu za termoformiranje sa gornjim kalupom (70) i donjim kalupom (80), koji su pokretni jedan u odnosu na drugi (smjer kretanja (100) kalupa), a metoda uključuje sljedeće korake:
ulaganje plastičnog lista između gornjeg kalupa (70) i donjeg kalupa (80) i termoformiranje uvedenog plastičnog lista zatvaranjem gornjeg kalupa (70) i donjeg kalupa (80) u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa,
unošenje mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34) u vremenskom razdoblju u kojem se materijal koji se oblikuje nalazi u kalupu za termoformiranje,
naznačena time da
je mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano u zonama artikla, koje su međusobno raspoređene u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa i prostiru se okomito na njega,
i/ili
je mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano bar djelomično u najmanje jednoj ravnini protežući se u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa pod uglom α (200) različitim od 90° u odnosu na pravac kretanja kalupa unutar termoformiranog artikla.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je slabljenje (33, 34) perforacija (34) i/ili urezivanje (33).
3. Metoda prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačena time da je mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano u linearnom rasporedu.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je barem jedan dio slabljenja (33, 34) formiran prije oblikovanja ili preoblikovanja plastičnog lista.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je bar jedan dio slabljenja (33, 34) najprije formiran u prvom dijelu artikla, a zatim u sljedećim daljim zonama, ukoso ili paralelno u odnosu na prvu zonu.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da materijal plastičnog lista, ispušten za vrijeme formiranja slabljenja (33, 34), istječe u udubljenja (56) formirana u gornjem kalupu (70) i/ili donjem kalupu (80), koja su po mogućnosti kanali (56, 56a, 56b), gdje su udubljenja (56) smještena u materijal plastičnog lista po mogućnosti paralelno i u blizini mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je plastični list fiksiran pomoću držača (3) nakon uvođenja i/ili nakon formiranja mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je mehaničko slabljenje (33, 34) formirano tako da mostovi materijala ostaju između funkcionalnih zona u bar dvije ravnine raspoređene u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa.
9. Kalup za proizvodnju termoformiranih artikala, poput ambalaže za hranu (40) ili njenih dijelova, koji sadrži:
gornji kalup (70),
donji kalup (80) i
najmanje jedan element za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5) s reznim rubom za perforaciju ili urezivanje (25), koji je postavljen u gornjem kalupu (70) ili u donjem kalupu (80),
gdje su gornji kalup i donji kalup pokretni jedan u odnosu na drugi (smjer kretanja (100) kalupa),
naznačen time da:
- rezni rub za perforaciju ili urezivanje (25) sadrži bar dva prva dijela (57, 58) koji su raspoređeni jedan u odnosu na drugi u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa i prostiru se okomito na njega i oba prva dijela (57, 58) su pogodna za formiranje zone mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34), i/ili
- rezni rub za perforaciju ili urezivanje (25) sadrži bar jedan drugi dio (59) pogodan za formiranje mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34), koji je formiran pod uglom α različitim od 90° u odnosu na smjer kretanja kalupa, koji je pogodan za formiranje zone mehaničkog slabljenja (33, 34).
10. Kalup prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da se bar jedan element za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5) približava gornjem kalupu (70) i/ili donjem kalupu (80) u smjeru kretanja (100) kalupa.
11. Kalup prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačen time da bar jedan element za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5) ima mogućnost odstupanja u odnosu na gornji kalup (70) i/ili na donji kalup (80).
12. Kalup prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 9 do 11, naznačen time da ima udubljenja na strani gornjeg kalupa (70) i/ili donjeg kalupa (80) usmjerena prema plastičnom listu, po mogućnosti u obliku odvodnih kanala (56), za primanje materijala ispuštenog perforacijom ili urezivanjem.
13. Kalup prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 9 to 12, naznačen time da ima potisno ležište (11) za element za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5), u kojem potisno ležište (11) ima po mogućnosti drugu kompenzirajuću konstrukciju (31, 54) koja omogućuje njegovu elastičnu deformaciju.
14. Kalup prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 9 do 13, naznačen time da bar jedan element za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5) ima prvu kompenzirajuću konstrukciju (27) koja omogućuje njegovu elastičnu deformaciju.
15. Kalup prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 14, naznačen time da osigurava više međusobno nezavisno smještenih elemenata za perforaciju ili urezivanje (5), koji po mogućnosti mogu biti smješteni u raznim pravcima u prostoru.
