Abstract

Postupak proizvodnje ambalažnog proizvoda za pakiranje i pohranjivanje prehrambenih proizvoda, koji se sastoji od jedne ili više komora definiranih sa stjenkama, dnom odnosno više njih i poklopcem (poklopcima), gdje stjenke, dno odnosno dna, poklopac odnosno poklopci imaju pregradna sredstva za ograničavanje permeabilnosti kisika kroz proizvod u jednu ili više komora, naznačen time da ambalažni proizvod ima uključena sredstva za uklanjanje kisika (3) i da je izrađen u jednom ciklusu injekcijskog prešanja koji se sastoji od tri procesna koraka: pregradni film (1) sa dekoracijom ili bez nje se postavi u kalup; u zatvoreni kalup, s položenim pregradnim filmom (1), injektira se prvi plastični materijal (2), koji je pogodan za kontakt s prehrambenim proizvodima, te je u tom koraku kalup djelomično ispunjen; u kalup se injektira drugi plastični materijal, koji sadrži sredstvo za uklanjanje kisika (3), sve dok kalup nije ispunjen, pri čemu je sredstvo za uklanjanje kisika (3) okruženo sa prvim plastičnim materijalom (2), koji je pogodan za kontakt s prehrambenim proizvodima. Patent sadrži još 9 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (10)

1. Postupak proizvodnje ambalažnog proizvoda za pakiranje i pohranjivanje prehrambenih proizvoda, koji se sastoji od jedne ili više komora definiranih sa stjenkama, dnom odnosno više njih i poklopcem (poklopcima), gdje stjenke, dno odnosno dna, poklopac odnosno poklopci imaju pregradna sredstva za ograničavanje permeabilnosti kisika kroz proizvod u jednu ili više komora, naznačen time da ambalažni proizvod ima uključena sredstva za uklanjanje kisika (3) i da je izrađen u jednom ciklusu injekcijskog prešanja koji se sastoji od tri procesna koraka: - pregradni film (1) sa dekoracijom ili bez nje se postavi u kalup; - u zatvoreni kalup, s položenim pregradnim filmom (1), injektira se prvi plastični materijal (2), koji je pogodan za kontakt s prehrambenim proizvodima, te je u tom koraku kalup djelomično ispunjen; - u kalup se injektira drugi plastični materijal, koji sadrži sredstvo za uklanjanje kisika (3), sve dok kalup nije ispunjen, pri čemu je sredstvo za uklanjanje kisika (3) okruženo sa prvim plastičnim materijalom (2), koji je pogodan za kontakt s prehrambenim proizvodima.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je sredstvo za uklanjanje kisika (3) ulijevano u ambalažni proizvod uz miješanje sredstva za uklanjanje kisika u drugi plastični materijal prije injektiranja ove smjese u djelomično izlijevani ambalažni proizvod.
3. Ambalažni proizvod za pakiranje i pohranjivanje prehrambenih proizvoda, koji proizvod je proizveden pomoću postupka kako je opisano u zahtjevu 1 ili 2, te ambalažni proizvod sadrži jednu ili više komora određenih sa stjenkama, dnom ili više njih ili poklopcem (poklopcima) gdje stjenke, dno (dna) ili poklopac (poklopci) imaju pregradna sredstva za ograničavanje permeabilnosti kisika kroz proizvod i u jednu ili više komora, naznačen time da ambalažni proizvod sadrži sredstva za uklanjanje kisika (3), gdje su sredstva za uklanjanje kisika zajedno sa drugim plastičnim materijalom lijevana u šupljinu u prvom plastičnom materijalu (2) koji oblikuje stjenke, dno (dna) i poklopac (poklopce) ambalažnog proizvoda, gdje je prvi plastični materijal (2) pogodan za kontakt sa prehrambenim proizvodima.
4. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da su sredstva za uklanjanje kisika (3) ulijevana u unutarnji dio stjenki, dna ili poklopca (poklopaca) ambalažnog proizvoda.
5. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 3 ili 4, naznačen time da ambalažni proizvod na svojoj vanjskoj strani ima pregradna svojstva od injekcijskog obilježavanja etiketom (1) koja sadrži pregradni film zajedno sa injekcijskim prešanjem ambalažnog proizvoda od polipropilena (2).
6. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su pregradna sredstva uključena u etiketu (1).
7. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačen time da su materijali za pregradna sredstva (1) odabrani iz skupine koja sadrži silicijev oksid (SiOx), PVDc prevlaku, posebni najlon kao što je MXD6 pomiješan u osnovni materijal ili EVOH (etil-vinil-alkohol).
8. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time da jedna ili više pregrada (1) okružuje približno 90% cjelokupnog vanjskog područja ili površine ambalažnog proizvoda.
9. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 6, 7 ili 8, naznačen time da jedna ili više pregrada (1) okružuje približno 95 - 100% cjelokupnog vanjskog područja ili površine ambalažnog proizvoda.
10. Ambalažni proizvod prema zahtjevu 6, 7, 8 ili 9, naznačen time da jedna ili više pregrada (1) okružuje 100% cjelokupnog vanjskog područja ili površine ambalažnog proizvoda.
