Abstract

Rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal, naznačen time, da ima E-modul od najmanje 17 GPa i čvrstoću od najmanje 400 MPa, sadržavajući poliolefin i nano-materijal, pri čemu se taj materijal dobiva postupkom koji obuhvaća korak ekstruzije i korak rastezanja, dok se materijal rasteže prema stupnju rastezljivosti od najmanje 16, gdje nano-materijal sadrži čestice s najmanje jednom dimenzijom koja je 1 do 100 nm. Patent sadrži još 14 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (15)

1. Rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal, naznačen time, da ima E-modul od najmanje 17 GPa i čvrstoću od najmanje 400 MPa, sadržavajući poliolefin i nano-materijal, pri čemu se taj materijal dobiva postupkom koji obuhvaća korak ekstruzije i korak rastezanja, dok se materijal rasteže prema stupnju rastezljivosti od najmanje 16, gdje nano-materijal sadrži čestice s najmanje jednom dimenzijom koja je 1 do 100 nm.
2. Materijal prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nano-materijal je nukleinski agens koji je odabran od anorganskih nukleinskih agenasa i organskih nukleinskih agenasa, pri čemu spomenuti anorganski nukleinski agens je odabran od pločasto oblikovanih (slojevitih) anorganskih materijala; vlaknasto ili igličasto oblikovanih materijala; kuglastih materijala; zeolita; aluminija; silikata; aluminosilikatnih materijala; i od njihovih kombinacija; te pri čemu je spomenuti organski nukleinski agens odabran od derivata sorbitola.
3. Materijal prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da se koristi aditiv u količini od 0,01 do 10 masenih %, bazirano na masi konačnog rastegnutog materijala.
4. Materijal prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da je spomenuti stupanj rastezljivosti veći od 20.
5. Materijal prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da sadrži dva različita materijala koji su ko-ekstrudirani poliolefinski materijali, posebno dva različita polipropilen materijala, gdje spomenuti nano-materijal je prisutan u najmanje jednom od spomenutih različitih materijala.
6. Materijal prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time, da je monoaksijalno izvučen poliolefinski višeslojni film, traka ili predivo od tipa AB ili ABA, koji ima stupanj rastezljivosti više od 15, ima E-modul od najmanje 17 GPa, uglavnom se sastoji od centralnog sloja (B) od poliolefina odabran od polietilena, polipropilena i njihove kombinacije, te jedan ili dva ostala sloja (A) od poliolefina iz istog razreda materijala kao kod centralnog sloja B, dok je DSC točka tališta od materijala spomenutih ostalih slojeva (A) niža od točke tališta DSC materijala spomenutog centralnog sloja (B), pri čemu centralni sloj (B) je između 50 i 99 masenih % materijala, a ostali slojevi (A) su između 1 i 50 masenih %.
7. Jednosmjerne ploče i ploče ukrštenih slojeva, naznačene time, da sadrže materijal prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju rastegnutog materijala, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake: dobavljanje spoja od poliolefinskog materijala i nano-materijala, gdje je nano-materijal raspršen poželjno na molekularnoj razini u poliolefinskom materijalu, ekstrudiranje tog spoja, nastavljajući se korakom rastezanja pri čemu je materijal rastegnut do ukupnog stupnja rastezljivosti od najmanje 16.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća korak pri čemu spomenuti nano-materijal je prvo izmiješan sa prvim dijelom poliolefinskog materijala, a time se proizvodi glavna smjesa, i zatim naknadno miješanje te glavne smjese sa ostatkom poliolefinskog materijala, prije koraka ekstruzije.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 8 do 9, naznačen time, da spomenuto rastezanje obuhvaća više od jednog koraka rastezanja, poželjno izvedenih na različitim temperaturama.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 8 do 10, naznačen time, da barem jedan od spomenutih rastegnutih materijala je ko-ekstrudiran s drugim poliolefinskim materijalom, a taj drugi poliolefinski materijal je opcijski također proizveden u skladu sa postupkom prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 8 do 10.
12. Predmet koji obuhvaća rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal, naznačen time, da taj predmet ima E-modul od najmanje 5,5 GPa, poželjno najmanje 7 GPa, najbolje od najmanje 8 GPa, mjereno prema ISO 527-4; te čvrstoću na rastezanje od najmanje 200 MPa, poželjno od najmanje 250 MPa, mjereno prema ISO 527-4.
13. Predmet prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time, da spomenuti rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal je rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 do 6, ili je rastegnuti poliolefinski materijal koji se može dobiti postupkom prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 8 do 11.
14. Predmet prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time, da je to tkana ili ne-tkana krpa, ploča ili trodimenzionalna struktura.
15. Tkana ili ne-tkana građa koja sadrži materijal prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 do 6, naznačena time, da ima punjenje na prijelomu od 250 N po cm širine građe za balansirani građeni-materijal s debljinom od 130 nm i s površinskom gustoćom od 0,10 kg/m2.
