Abstract
1. A piezoelectric drive arrangement comprising a control circuit for effecting controlled deflections, consisting of a plurality of piezocrystal elements, which are adapted to have electric control voltages separately applied to them and are arranged one behind the other and the individual deflections of which add up, characterized in that a digital control voltage (+- U1 , +- U2 , +- U3 ) is adapted to be applied to each piezocrystal element (2, 3, 4; 10) for a control of the piezoelectric drive arrangement, and said digital control voltage is derived from a continuously applied drive voltage (Uop ) and is applied to the piezocrystal element with a polarity which is determined by a decoder in dependence on a logical input signal (+- Ucontrol ) in order to control the respective piezocrystal element for a temporary deflection to a hysteresis end point.
