Abstract
The production method of a fuel catalyst for the more complete combustion of hydrocarbons in internal combustion engines consists of the device that comprises a mixer - container that contains water or other oily liquid, within which is present in idle state a surfactant agent. The mixer - container is placed near the fuel - air input of the engine and once the engine is powered up the device agitates with the motor 3 and the blades of the agitator 4, the two materials 2, and foam 7 is produced. The foam is directed via the duct 5 to the air inlet 6 of the engine. Note that the description of the device is indicative and it is possible to install another device that can lead the foam to the fuel - air inlet of the internal combustion engines (I.C.E.).
