Abstract

Μέθοδος εκχυλίσεως ελαίου από ελαιοφόρα προϊόντα όπως ελιές και παρόμοια, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα στάδια :α1) τροφοδοσία ελαιομάζης σε ένα φυγοκεντρικό διαχωριστή οριζόντιου άξονα (εκχυλιστή)α2) διαχωρισμό της ελαιομάζης σε τρεις συνιστώσες : ελαφρό υγρό, πολτό με ένα βαρύ υγρό συστατικό και στερεό κατάλοιπο,β) χωριστή εξαγωγή των εν λόγω συνιστωσών από το διαχωριστή.ΰ
