Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de aceite a partir de productos que producen aceite, tales como aceitunas y similares, por medio de centrifugado con la separación del componente sólido en dos partes, e instalación correspondiente. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas: a1) alimentar la pasta de aceituna a un separador (decantador) centrífugo de eje horizontal; a2) separar la pasta en tres componentes: líquido de peso ligero, pulpa con un componente líquido pesado, y residuo sólido; b) extraer dichos componentes por separado del decantador.
