Abstract

Método para extraer aceite de productos productores de aceite tales como aceitunas y lo similar, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a1) alimentar pastade aceitunas a un separador centrífugo de eje horizontal (decantador); a2) separar la pasta entr es componentes: líquido liviano, pulpa con un componente delíquido pesado, y residuo solido; b) extraer separadamente dichos componentes del decantador.
