Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά την παρασκευή μαρμελάδας, πάστας και σιροπιού με βάση τον καρπό της πιπεριάς σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή, ποικιλία και είδος και ανεξάρτητα από τον τρόπο, που έχει παραχθεί, και τον καρπό της μελιτζάνας σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή, ποικιλία και είδος και ανεξάρτητα από τον τρόπο, που έχει παραχθεί.
