Abstract

Συσκευή δι' επανειλημμένη αυτόματον εκτέλεσιν ενός θερμικού κύκλου δια την κατεργασίαν ενός δείγματος, ειδικώς ενός βιολογικού δείγματος, περιλαμβάνει μίαν διάταξιν (6) καθορίζουσα την διαδρομήν η οποία είναι φυσικώς κλειστή καθ' όλην την επεξεργασίαν και εντός της οποίας το δείγμα παραμένει καθ' όλην την κατεργασίαν. Δίδονται διατάξεις (3, 4, 11, 12) δια την κίνησιν του μίγματος μεταξύ διαφόρων θέσεων κατά μήκος της διαδρομής και (7, 15, 16) δια την θέρμανσιν ή την ψύξιν του δείγματος αναλόγως της θέσεώς του εντός της διαδρομής. Κατά προτίμησιν η διαδρομή είναι ένας τριχοειδής σωλήν, ο οποίος ημπορεί να έχει σχήμα σπειροειδές κλειστού βρόγχου ή γραμμικόν σχήμα. Η θέρμανση και η ψύξις εξασφαλίζονται δια θερμοστατουμένων ζωνών, οι οποίες είναι δυνατόν να δώσουν μία συνεχή θερμική μεταβολή, κανονική ή ανακόνιστο ή να ευρίσκωνται εις συνεχή διάταξιν. Η προτιμωμένη διάταξις κινήσεως των δειγμάτων είναι μαγνητική. ω
