Abstract

H εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παρασκευής πυρωθέντος πυριμάχου λίθου μαγνησίας υπό υπόστρωμα συμπηγμένης μαγνησίας και λεπτώς διαμερισμένου πυριτικού ζιρκονίου από μίγμα με 10 έως 20% κ.β. πυριτικό ζιρκόνιο υπό κοκκομετρία κάτω του 0,1 mm, 5 έως 20% κ.β. πυριτικό ζιρκόνιο υπό κοκκομετρία 0,1 έως 0,5 mm, όπου στο μίγμα το πυριτικό ζιρκόνιο ανέρχεται συνολικώς στο 15 έως 30% κ.β., μαγνησία συμπηγμένης μορφής με κοκκομετρία κάτω του 0,1 mm σε ποσότητα αντιστοιχούσα στο 0,4 έως 1 πλάσιο της ποσότητας του πυριτικού ζιρκονίου 0,1 έως 0,5 mm, και συμπυγμένη μαγνησία υπό κοκκομετρία 0,1 mm έως 4 mm ως υπόλοιπο, υπολογιζόμενα εκάστοτε επί της κοκκώδους πυρίμαχης πρώτης ύλης από συμπηγμένη μαγνησία και πυριτικό ζιρκόνιο. Από το μίγμα μέσω προσθήκης κολλώδους (συνδετικού) μέσου θα προκύψει το σώμα μορφής λίθου αφού συμπιεστεί, ξηρανθεί και πυρωθεί, το οποίο διαθέτει κατώτερο πορώδες και υψηλή ανθεκτικότητα έναντι μεταβολής θερμοκρασιών και χημικής προσβολής μέσω αερίων και ατμών σε εσχάρες θαλάμων κλιβάνων υαλίνων λουτήρων. ω
