Abstract

Ενα φαρμακευτικόν διάλυμα περιέχει ως δραστικό συστατικόν Α, χρωμογλυκικόν οξύ, ή ένα φαρμακευτικώς παραδεκτόν άλας αυτού, και ως δραστικόν συστατικόν Β, σαλμπουταμόλη, ή ένα φαρμακευτικώς παραδεκτόν άλας αυτής. Το διάλυμα έχει ΡΗ μεγαλύτερον από 3.8 και μικρότερον από 4.8. Το δραστικόν συστατικόν Α είναι κατά προτίμησιν χρωμογλυκικόν νάτριον και το δραστικόν συστατικόν Β είνια θειϊκή σαλμπουταμόλη. Το διάλυμα κατά προτίμησιν έχει ΡΗ μεταξύ 4.0 και 4.5. Το διάλυμα είναι χρήσιμον δια την αγωγήν καταστάσεων γνωστών γενετικώς ως αντιστρεπτή ασθένεια αποφράξεως των αναπνευστικών οδών π.χ. αλλεργικόν άσθμα, ενδογενές άσθμα, βρογχίτις, και αποφράξεις της ρινός και των βρόγχων που συνδυάζοται με το κοινό κρύωμα, και γενικώς χορηγείται δι' εκνεφώσεως. ω
