Abstract

999,908. Agricultural implements. F. BADALINI. May 17, 1962 [May 22, 1961], No. 19112/62. Heading A1B. A rotary hoe comprises a number of hoe units carried by supports 2 adjustably fixed to a frame 1 so that the units are transversely adjustable. The hoe units are pivotally mounted on a drive shaft 6 so that the units are free to rise and fall, the movement being controlled by a spring 5 and screw device. Covers 29 are provided for the hoe units and the hoe blades are attached to discs fixed to tubes which are attached to a drive shaft by rubber connectors. The frame is attached to a tractor linkage and the shaft 6 is driven from the tractor power shaft.
