Abstract
998,413. Impedance networks. GENERAL PRECISION Inc. June 13, 1961 [June 13, 1960], No. 21285/61. Heading H3U. [Also in Divisions G4 and H1] A phase-shifting network comprises a bridge circuit including magnetically variable resistor 69. The resistor is on a common backing with an identical resistor 65 in a feed-back circuit which controls the current in coil 63 in the field of which the resistors are mounted. Thus the resistance of 69 which determines the phase of the constant amplitude output signal at terminal 72 is a function of the control signal X.
