988,165. Fencing. C. MALKMUSDORNEMANN. April 11, 1963 [April 13, 1962; Aug. 10, 1962], No. 14534/63. Heading E1B. A wire mesh is secured to flanges 2 on, or attached to, fence posts 1 by clips 3 embracing the flanges and which are formed with troughshaped parts 4 bent to hold wires S of the mesh. As shown in Fig. 19, the clip may be in two parts held together and to the post 12 either by friction, or by an inserted piece of wire 20. In embodiments, the two parts of the clip interlock or are held by a spring. Posts are shown of various sections and being of metal, plastics, or reinforced concrete.
