983,210. Double-opening pivoted windows. C. J. L. BAUDISSON. May 7, 1963, No. 18022/63. Heading E1J. In a window comprising upper and lower sashes 2c, 3c which overlap when closed and have a sliding-pivoted action in a frame 1, the overlapping edges of the sashes are Frameless. A cross-member 7 of each sash engages grooves 8 in the frame 1, the sashes being interconnected by a pair of levers 4 pivoted at 5. The frame 1 itself may swing about a central horizontal axis (as shown), or about a side hinge (Fig. 3, not shown).
