979,855. Licence holders. S. ZELL, [Representative of M. ZELL]. Sept. 29, 1961 [Nov. 16, 1960], No. 39277/60. Heading B8F. A licence holder comprises two flexible sheets 10, 11 of polyvinyl chloride secured together at 12 by heat sealing or adhesive, the sheet 10 being opaque while sheet 11 is transparent and highly polished for adhesion to glass and the sheet 11 being cut to form a flap 15 which can be hinged away from the sheet 10 for insertion of a licence between the two sheets.
