Abstract

979,853. Toys. BARRETT PACKAGING Ltd. May 18, 1961 [Feb. 22, 1960], No. 6218/60. Heading A6S. A miniature building comprises wall panels fitted into slots in wing portions of vertical junction pieces, each junction piece being formed at the top and/or the bottom with a vertical hole locating a length of coiled wire serving as a screw thread to receive means for securing the structure. The wall panels fit into slots in corner pieces 19, 28 of L-shape and T-shape. A hole 22 is provided at each end of each piece and a helical wire placed in the hole provides a screw thread for securing a threaded bolt or spike which retains the roof on the walls and the building on the ground. Studs having a section head may be used to grip the floor. The corner piece may comprise facing members 35, 36, Fig. 6, separated by packing strips 37 of wood. The corner pieces may be made from. extruded plastics material.
