1,038,834. Building elements. L.A. RIEDING- ERBRONZEWARENFABRIK G.m.b.H. Sept. 24, 1963 [Sept. 29, 1962], No. 37619/63. Heading E1B. An element used for building roofs, ceilings, walls, and columns, comprises a rectangular frame part closed by a panel part which extends diagonally from an upper edge at one side of the frame to the lower edge at the opposite side, the element being of hollow construction filled with a foamed self-setting synthetic plastics material. As shown, upper and lower parts 4, 4<SP>1</SP> of the element and a frame part 4<SP>11</SP> are of aluminium or glass-fibre-reinforced P.V.C. and are secured together to enclose a hollow for the foamed plastics. The aluminium may be coated with synthetic resin, enamelled, or oxidized. In building constructions, the elements are secured together side by side or face to face by bolting or glueing, or ties inserted in the longitudinal webs of the frame can be connected together.
