The Specification describes a wood paving block having a coating of synthetic resin ion which are embedded stones and is similar to that described in the parent Specification save that the resin may also be cured solely by heat rather than with a hardener and further examples are given. The embedded stones or chippings are of calcined bauxite or of granite, flint, or are synthetic particles or grains.
