969,709. Baths. SAUNDERS & CONNOR Ltd., E. B. H. TWEEDIE, and R, L. HANCHER. Sept. 3, 1963 [Oct. 11, 1962], No. 38510/62. Heading A4N. The exposed side and end of a bath 10 are covered by a one-piece panel unit 11 and a one-piece skirting unit 19, the panel unit 11 being supported by the skirting unit 19 so that a toe space is formed below the marginal edge of the panel unit 11. The skirting unit 19, which is secured to the floor by brackets 21, has horizontally adjustable brackets 27 mounted on its upper edge and carrying vertical screws 32 which support the panel unit 11 by engaging lugs 15 mounted on the panel unit. The upper end of the panel unit is introduced under the rim 17 of the bath 10 and bears against protruberances 18. The two units 11, 19 may be formed of fibre glass and are each constructed for use either way up according to which end needs covering.
