Abstract

1,028,079. Baths. H. HARTLMAIER and W. HARTLMAIER. April 27, 1964 [April 30, 1963], No. 17336/64. Heading A4N. A panelling 5 is connected to the side of a bath 4 by mounting it's lower edge in bearings 6 of levers 1, Fig. 1, or in carriers 15, Fig. 3, (not shown) which are adjustable to move the bearings 6 or carriers 15 vertically until the upper end of the pannelling 5 engages the underside of the edge of the bath. Each lever 1 may be pivotally mounted on a foot 3 of the bath by means of a screw 2 or by a hook end of the lever engaging an aperture in the foot 3. The bearings 6 are adjustable by rotating screws 8 which bear against the feet 3 or the lever 1 may be spring- loaded. Alternatively each carrier 15 may be adjustably mounted on a support 12, which may have it's lower end anchored in the floor or it may comprise two parts joined by an adjusting sleeve 13 and mounted between the floor and edge of the bath 4. The upper end of the panelling 5 may bear against a resilient support 7.
