856,163. Draining-boards. SMITH MASTERCRAFT Ltd., H. Dec. 23, 1958 [Dec. 23, 1957], No. 39795/57. Class 28(2) In means for fixing a draining board 1 to the side of a sink 6 the underside of the board has inverted U-shaped brackets 2 engaging over a side of the sink 6, one end of an inclined stay-bar 7 passing through a slot in one bracket limb to engage the outer surface of the sink, the other end 8 being adjustably fixed to the underside of the board. The brackets 2 and bars 7 are mounted on strips 3 and 9, respectively, fixed to the board, and the depending bracket limbs 4 are covered by rubber sleeves 5, each bar 7 having a steel 10 to engage the sink 6 and an adjustable wing nut 11 for mounting at the end 8.
