A liquid fuel dispensing apparatus in which two liquids are mixed in variable proportions or supplied separately by adjustment of variable gearing at 4 connecting the outputs 3 of two meters 1, 2, has one grade of liquid e.g. petrol from motor driven pump and air separator 5 supplied to both meters, and a second liquid, e.g. oil, at 8 pumped at 9 into the supply to one meter 2 in a predetermined fixed proportion to the petrol supplied thereto. The fixed proportion of oil is produced by a meter 10 driven by gearing 11, 12 from the output of meter 2. Specifications 840,851 and 855,898 are referred to.
