A boat carrying trailer has a pair of longitudinals a held in spaced relationship by clamps a 1 and supported on a transverse member by clamps b<SP>1</SP>. To the underside of the member b there is secured a transverse leaf spring which is secured to blocks d<SP>1</SP> which carry stub axles for the wheels. Stay bars c between the members a and b are secured by clamps c<SP>1</SP>, thus enabling the member b to be adjusted along the longitudinals. The member b also carries boatengaging members e.
