Abstract

The invention comprises benzenesulphonylsemicarbazides of the formula: <FORM:0965386/C1/1> and salts thereof, wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or halogen atoms or alkyl, alkoxy or azido radicals and R3 and R4 are alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkyl-alkyl radicals, and their preparation by reacting the appropriate benzenesulphonyl urethane with a hydrazine derivative H2N.NR3R4. Preferably R1 is Cl, CH3, Br, F, N3, CH3O, C2H5 or C3H7(iso) in 4-position and R2 is hydrogen.
