A support comprises parallel tensioned wires 13 extending between fixed members 14 and 15 passing over rollers 5 and 9 forming part of cardboard creasing apparatus having a male and a female die 7 and 6 respectively. The roller 9 and the die 7 over which the wires pass, are grooved to accommodate the wires, thus allowing the cardboard to pass through unhindered.
