956,383. Toothed gearing. FICHTEL & SACHS A.G. Feb. 2, 1961 [March 16, 1960], No. 4062/61. Heading F2Q. In an eccentric transmission comprising coaxial driving and driven shafts 1, 17, an internally-toothed wheel 13 integral with the driven shaft 17 and an externally-toothed wheel 6 meshing the wheel 13 and mounted on an eccentric 2 formed on the input shaft 1 but being prevented from rotating by rollers 8, the gearing is accommodated in a two-part housing 9, 10, one part 9 being provided with a bearing neck 9a in which the shafts 1, 17 are supported, and input and output gears 1a 17a are mounted on the shafts 1, 17 and are arranged adjacent to one another at the end of the bearing neck 9a. The rollers 8 are mounted on pins 18 fixed in the casing part 10 and engage bores 7 in the toothed wheel 6. In a modification, a driving shaft 28, Fig. 2, has an eccentric 29 on which is mounted an internally-toothed wheel 31 which is prevented from rotating by eccentrics 22 mounted on pins 18 fixed in the casing part 9. The wheel 31 meshes an externally.toothed wheel 30 mounted on the end of a driven shaft 27. Specification 923,508 is referred to.
