948,475. Feeding sheets. ZAVODY POTRAVINARSKYCH A CHLADICICH STROJU, NARODNI PODNIK. July 3, 1961 [July 2, 1960; June 1, 1961], No. 23918/61. Heading B6B. [Also in Divisions B5 and B8] Apparatus for feeding carton blanks to a continuously rotating carton erecting machine (see Division B5), includes an adjustable magazine 16, 30 in which the blanks are pressed towards feeding segments 20 by a pair of vertically reciprocating pushers 17, 18 working alternatively to retain continuous pressure. The blanks pass between rollers 22, 23 and are engaged by conveyer dogs 25 for transit to further rollers 26, 27 and a belt 28 for positioning on the drum A of the erecting machine. Elements 29 fixed to the drum pick up the blanks and a reciprocating pusher (not shown) feeds them axially of the drum to a cartonforming mandrel.
