Abstract

947,374. Agricultural implements. BOMFORD & EVERSHED Ltd. Sept. 19, 1960 [Sept. 21, 1959], No. 32105/59. Heading A1B. An implement such as scraper blade 18 is pivotally attached to the three point linkage 10, 24 of a tractor having a thrust responsive control device for the linkage so that the movement of the weight of the tool about its pivot acts on the thrust responsive means in a sense to operate the linkage to lower the tool and the movement of the working thrust of the tool about the pivot acts on the thrust responsive means to raise the tool. As shown the blade is operated by driving the tractor in reverse. The blade 18 is pivotally mounted on a frame 15 connected to the lower links 10 and an extra link 13. The blade 18 is provided with a member 21 connected by a link 22 and lever 23 with the upper link 24 of the three point linkage.
