937,110. Endless conveyers. G. W. HINES. March 5, 1962 [March 7, 1961], No. 8273/61. Class 78 (1). In Figs. 1, 2, a conveyer chain is guided in a U-shaped channel 19 by rollers 11, 20 engaging with the side-walls 24, 25, and rollers 17, mounted on brackets 12, running on the base 18 of the channel 19. Load-bearing slats 22 are secured on vertical bolts 16. In the construction shown in Figs. 3, 4, the load-bearing platforms 22 are mounted on brackets 37 secured to plates 30, 31 of chain links 28, the brackets providing mountings for rollers 41 which bear on the side-walls of a channel 44. Rollers 36 are mounted on bushings 35 and bear on the base 43 of the channel. As shown in Fig. 6, plane side tracks 48 engage rollers 47 mounted at the ends of slats 22.
