933,445. Aerials. MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH CO. Ltd. Jan. 27, 1961 [April 12, 1960], No. 13016/60. Drawings to Specification. Class 40 (7). An aerial housing structure, to be mounted as an extension of a high mast and to enclose the radiators of an aerial of substantial vertical dimension, comprises a central support mounted axially within the housing, the housing being formed as a cylinder of radio-transparent insulating material and being supported from the central support by tie and support members. Preferably the cylinder is made of fibre-glass and may be a single structure or composed of curved panels. For strength, a sandwich or ribbed construction is used.
