926,491. Load-bearing pallets. ALBERT E. REED & CO. Ltd. Feb. 7, 1962 [Feb. 7, 1961], No. 4606/61. Class 78 (4). A cardboard or like lightweight pallet in which the load-bearing platform 1 has integrally formed folded- or otherwise hingedly attacheddependent projections 3 and is fitted with feet 8 which are inserted through cut-out openings 7 in the platform. The bases of the feet are slotted at 10 to fit over the projection 3 and are conveniently of tubular construction. Each cut-out 7 may remain attached to the platform 1 along a fold line so that the feet, once fitted, may be covered by replacement of the cut-outs.
