926,206. Cam mechanism. ZAHNRADFABRIK FRIEDRICHSHAFEN A.G. March 10, 1961 [March 12, 1960; Oct. 14, 1960], No. 8932/61. Class 80(3). A steering gear housing for a globoidal steering worm, steering roller and steering shaft comprises a plurality of substantially cylindrical hollow portions formed integrally with each other, at least one of the hollow portions having cavity walls and connecting webs therebetween. A space 1, adapted to accommodate the steering worm, has an inner wall 5 and an outer wall 6 between which longitudinally tapering cavities 7, 8 and 9 are formed. A space 3, which accommodates the steering shaft, is bounded by outer and inner walls 15, 16 separated by tapered cavities 17. The outer wall 16 is extended to form an inner wall 19 and outer wall 20 between which are arranged cavities 21 ... 24. A tubular shell connection 2 has walls 12, 13 and cavities 14.
