Abstract
910,344. Seats. DAIMLER-BENZ A.G. Feb. 27, 1961 [March 3, 1960], No. 7118/61. Class 52 (2). In a guide arrangement for a sliding seat, comprising springs 10 secured between a fixed guiding rail 4 and a sliding rail 7 which is attached to the seat and has a U-shaped crosssection provided with flanges 8, 9 bent outwardly at right angles, the springs 10 are disposed between a free flange 6<SP>1</SP> of a lateral guiding part 6 of the rail 4 and a flange 9 of the sliding rail 7, the flange 9 extending into the guiding part 6 which has a U-shaped crosssection. The springs 10 are attached at their middle 11 to the flange 6<SP>1</SP>. The two free ends 13, 13<SP>1</SP> of the springs 10 are formed with openings 14. Stud-like spring holders 15 attached to the flange 6<SP>1</SP> engage in the openings 14 and are made of self-lubricating resiliently yielding and sound-absorbing plastic material, for example a polyamide.
