[Also in Divisions B7 and F2] A device for securing a carrying cot on the seat of a motor vehicle comprises a single length of wire A bent into inverted U-shape with vertical legs a to extend upwards behind the back rest of the vehicle seat, the lower ends of the legs being bent to lie under the lower edge of the back rest and again to extend upwards to the level of the seat, the front legs a<SP>2</SP> being crossed to form a closed loop to receive a strap passing around the cot.
