Abstract
905,368. Bearings. PARECHOC S.A. Sept. 16, 1960 [Sept. 30, 1959], No. 31998/60. Class 12 (1). A spring-pressed bearing has a rod 4 carried by an annular member 6 which is supported by a frusto-conical seat 7 of a ring 8 secured in a socket 9. The member 6 is urged by a spring 10 which abuts on end 9a of the socket 9 and abuts a sleeve 11 positioned intermediate the spring and the member 6. The rod 4, having a conical end 4a, engages a conical hole 5 of an end-stone 3 carried by a shaft 1, alternatively the hole 5 may be formed in the shaft 1.
