Class 120(3) [Also in Group XVII] A spool comprising cardboard flanges 11 secured by adhesive to a cardboard drum 10 has a wire 12 embedded in a thick paper tape 13, and which is bent down to hold the fabric on the spool. In a modification, the drum carries thereon a cardboard tube on which the fabric is wound and which rotates on the drum as the fabric is drawn off. The flanges can be secured to the drum by a metal disc spun or turned over. The fabric is covered by a strip of flexible transparent material 15.
