Class 120(3) [Also in Group XVII] To prevent loosening or crossing of wire during unwinding from a bobbin 17 which rotates orbitally around a package in a strapping machine (see Group XVII), a hinged retainer plate 18g locked by a spring 18h bears on the wire 16. Over-run is prevented by a brake bearing on the flange of the bobbin.
