Abstract
895,852. Conveyorized racks. DEXION Ltd. Oct. 7, 1959 [Oct. 15, 1958], No. 32923/58. Class 52(3) A conveyorized storage rack comprises open box-like framework 1 connected together by superimposed inclined rails 2 with wheels 3 spanning gap 4. At the upper end is loading frame 5 with guide rails 11 and rollers 12 to align the stored objects. At the unloading end there is an arresting device which may be that the rails have no wheels, are levelled off or slightly raised in the opposite direction or have wheels 13 above the level of wheels 3 thus also facilitating unloading. There may be several tracks placed side by side in the frame and the wheels may be either flanged or plain. Specifications 763,045 and 763,140 are referred to.
