Abstract

831,109. Drawer runners. GRANT PULLEY & HARDWARE CORPORATION. Sept. 23, 1958, No. 30293/58. Class 52(1) A fixed rail 11 has central and lower flanges 15, 12 between which run a rear roller 40 carried by the rail 20 mounted on the side of a drawer, an upper flange 22 on the rail 20 riding over a roller 30 mounted at the front upper corner of the rail 11. Stops 17, 27 struck from the rails prevent complete withdrawal of the drawer unless it is tilted as in Fig. 2 and a dwell 25 in the flange 22 holds the drawer closed. The rollers are preferably of nylon or nylon tyred.
