[Also in Group XXXVIII] An article such as a composite indicator cover fo car lights is produced b; simultaneousley injecting orange and red polystyren compounds through injection passages 17, 18 respectively i: a four part mould A, B, C, I so that the materials flow towards each other along cavity sections 12a, 10a and when they meet in the region 24 they are forced along a slot escape passage 15a so that a sharp demarcation is pro duced in the region 24 between the pink orange and red materials moulded in cavity sections 12a and 10a. Passage 15a is provided with a venting passage 16 of narrow cross-section and the passage 15a may be completely filled with polystyrene during moulding. Pins 13a, 14a provide cavities in the cover for securing it to the car body.
