891,501. Drawer runners. BOSCH G.m.b.H., ROBERT. Aug. 27, 1959 [Sept. 6, 1958], No. 29284/59. Class 52(1) Co-operating stops which limit the withdrawal of a sliding shelf from two guide channels formed in the walls of a storage compartment are disengaged on tilting the outer end of the shelf upwards so that the inner end descends into offset portions of the lower sides of the channels to permit complete removal of the shelf from the channels. As shown, a channel is formed by integral flanges 6, 7 projecting from the side walls of a synthetic resin die-cast refrigerator cabinet. A shelf in the form of a grid has side members 17 or, a rail 18, surrounding the back and sides, sliding in the channels. Stops 19 or 20 co-operate with shoulders 11 to limit the withdrawal of the shelf until tilting brings the rear rail 21 into the depression 16 and enables the stops to pass under projections 10.
