Abstract

The furniture unit (1) which can take up a variable number of drawers of different heights has several seats (4) used for anchoring a certain number of guide tracks (8) and are preferably moulded onto the front stands (2) which define the cavity which is to be used as the drawer (3). The ends of the open rectangular frames are fastened inside the said seats by any suitable connecting member whereby their parallel sides are inclined to act as guide tracks for the drawer. The guide tracks can thereby be fitted at the desired heights, wherein the heights of the drawers are preferably multiples of the length of the axial spacing between two successive seats.
