Abstract

A photo-conductive layer is prepared in Example 3 firstly by dissolving in 1,000 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol 200 parts by weight of a product obtained by esterifying 3 mols. of phthalic acid, 3 mols. of trimethylol propane and 1 mol. of pentaerythritol with subsequent reaction with 5 mols. of cyclohexyl isocyanate. Into this synthetic resin solution are incorporated by stirring 600 parts by weight of zinc oxide; the mixture is treated for several hours in a ball mill, cast on to an acetyl cellulose film, and dried.
