Abstract
887,009. Toothed gearing. ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. June 28, 1960 [.July 1, 1959], No. 22617/59. Class 80 (1). To equalize planet loading in an epicyclic gear, the reaction annulus C is connected to a fixed casing A by means preventing relative rotation whilst allowing relative radial movement therebetween and comprising an intermediate member B connected respectively to the annulus and casing by parallel link pairs M 1 , M 2 and L 1 , L 2 arranged at right-angles. The intermediate member comprises coaxial parallel rings having pivot bushes at 7, 8. The casing and annulus pivots are arranged in cantilevers 5 and lugs 12 respectively.
