885,394. Revaporization of liquefied gases. PHILIPS' GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN N. V. July 21, 1958 [July 24, 1957], No. 23316/58. Class 8(2). Revaporization of acetylene-containing liquid oxygen discharged from a rectification column (not shown) is effected in a closed apparatus comprising an inlet duct 2 in a cover and having a discharge aperture 1 located above the apex of a distributing cone 3 having drop-forming projections 4 and being itself located above the apex 6 of a heated metal gauze cone 7 over which the drops of liquid flow until vaporized ; the vapour being discharged through ducts 8.
