Apparatus for the transfer-reversal process having features for minimising atmospheric oxidation of the processing liquid comprises a closed tank 1 for developer/fixer above which is provided spaced apart drilled moistening tubes 6, 7, 8 fed by pump 9 from tank 1, and through which the negative and positive sheets are introduced by hand, to proceed between inclined plates 2, 12 down to pressure rollers 3, 3 for exit through channel 14 at mouth 15: excess liquid from rollers 3, 3 drains through hopper 4 and tube 5 the end of which is below the liquid level of tank 1.
