A rotor n is bifurcated and extends from a shaft 33 and sliding-rocking vanes a, bare hinged to a stub shaft e, coaxial with the shaft 33. The vanes extend through guides c, d having slots 35, Fig. 17 (not shown), the guides being supported by grooves in the rotor. The guides are of phosphor bronze.
