[Class 110 (i)] The initial running blade rows c are carried by an auxiliary rotor C which is connected to the shaft RS, carrying the main rotor A, by toothed gearing- M, L, G, F such that the blade rows c make fewer revolutions per minute than the following rows a on the main rotor. The bladings b may be carried on a stator B or a contrarotational shell.
